SV-BF-
Industrial SV-BF Hemisphere Deburring Head for Stainless Steel Edge Smoothing
The SV-BF hemispherical deburring tool is capable of deburring cross holes with a 1:1 aperture ratio during the machining process . This tool is used in the same manner as any cutting tool mounted on a milling machine's tool holder or tool magazine . It specifically removes burrs at the intersection of cross holes without damaging the hole walls . The deburring process is operated according to the customer's own requirements, resulting in minor irregular chamfers or blended radius fillets after the burr profile is removed.

Solution
To prevent this situation from occurring, the method of multiple machining passes can be employed. Reducing the rotational speed during the final pass will improve surface finish. For single-pass machining, adjustments to machining parameters can be made (increasing feed rate, increasing feed amount, reducing rotational speed, lengthening the clamping shaft).
Generally, when used on a lathe, the allowable speed range for the actual feed profile diameter D1 is 20 –100 r/min. This parameter can be converted into the feed rate during machining. For details, refer to the right figure (at this point, ignore the safety clearance between the tool axis and the workpiece hole).
Tool stiffness characteristics
The higher the rigidity of the cutting tool, the greater the cutting force. This stiffness (i.e., cutting pressure) can be regulated by changing the length of the tool axis. The shorter the axis, the greater the cutting force, and consequently, the larger the cutting volume.
